Domingo Friggin Ramirez : each voter gets one vote for AMC, and one vote if you own APE. it doesn't matter if you have 10 shares or 1000, you vote once and it votes that way for all of your shares.
there is no need to worry about manipulation because only the actual shareholders receive a way to vote. the votes are all recorded securely. look at my screenshot
