$Sembcorp Ind (U96.SG)$ Sembcorp Industries posted a 54% increase in its net profit for H2 ended Dec 31, 2022, to S$358 million, from S$233 million for H2 2021.
This brings the group’s earnings to $848 million for the FY2022, up 204% y-o-y.
A final dividend of 4.0 cents and a special dividend of 4.0 cents per ordinary share has been declared

♤方展博♤ : SGD0.08 dividend is almost same as CapLand Ascendas REIT? CAR is only SGD2.80, in dividend perspective, should I sell this & hop onto CAR instead?
Stock Watch OP ♤方展博♤ : I don't really look for dividends, I want capital gains. Both are good companies, but SCI have better prospect as compared to CAR.. And both are in two different business. Do take nite: Reits tend to have high debt
