The question is how can we choose the right company with good sales and support team coupled with good research and development team who keeps the innovative products and services coming on stream constantly.

We should also avoid overpaying as this is a recipe for mistake. Like what Warren buffet said, paying a fair price for a good company is better than paying a ridiculously high price for a decent company.
