Question on Compounding
$Fullerton SGD Cash Fund(SG9999005961.MF)$ . Does my return from investing in this particular fund compound? As an arbitrary example, if I invest SGD30,000 in one go, I get approximately SGD1 for the first day. Will my return be calculated on SGD30,001 capital on the second day (I.e. compounding effect exists) or will my return be calculated based on SGD30,000 forever (i.e. without any compounding effect)?
