A chaotic market

A little bit of my opinion so far:
$CrowdStrike(CRWD.US)$ Previously, the bottom was below 100, up 20%. When I reached the pressure level, I was ready to meet and accept it.
$Enphase Energy(ENPH.US)$ I bottomed out in the middle of the mountainside before, and later sold some at high stop-loss. This time, it actually bottomed out. I have resolutely bottomed out. Currently, my position is 10%
$UnitedHealth(UNH.US)$ As soon as the market opened yesterday, I saw that the situation was wrong, so I quickly ran away. Currently, only the bottom position is left, and I will wait until it falls before buying it back.
$iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF(TLT.US)$ Currently, the position is about 20%, and the average holding cost is 103. This fluctuation is acceptable; wait for the decline before increasing the position.
$Tesla(TSLA.US)$ At first, I bottomed out at under 120, reduced my positions by more than 150, and when I reached 200 yuan, I cleared everything. Let's see how it goes this time. Tesla has always been Tesla. If you sell it for 100 yuan, no one wants it; if you sell it for 200 yuan, there are people rushing to buy it. If you don't buy the best, just buy the most expensive one? It's really fun
$NVIDIA(NVDA.US)$ I don't have any positions at the moment. Now that more stocks are being issued, is this about polishing the scythe and cutting the chives?
Regarding stock selection:
I think this inflation crisis will cause a protracted recession if the Federal Reserve is really determined to control inflation to 2%. It's not an avalanche-like collapse like 2008, but it will fluctuate and fall for a long time. S&P is likely to fall for three years in a row, comparable to 2000.
The high interest rate environment and difficult financing days are likely to be more than two years away. Consumer spending cuts and small businesses may go bankrupt one after another.
Considering the extreme situation, I'm only going to use the two-year rule:
If a company's revenue is cut in half from now on, financing is zero, and it continues to go bankrupt for two full years, then it is worth investing in, buying at dips, and holding for a long time. Otherwise, it can only be considered speculation. You can buy, but you must set a take-profit and stop-loss. If you want to participate in the Drumming Clan 💩 game, remember not to take over.
As for which companies can't last two years once they lose revenue, everyone can decide for themselves.
Of course, this is an extreme situation. Bao Laoge is likely to abandon the 2% inflation target, and the stock market will rise again. Of course, he won't give up; he will only say: We are still trying to control it, and we still have a long way to go to strive for the future (within 10,000 years)) Reach the 2% target
