Thats why the only transactions recorded are of large orders. Shares arent being traded, 2.3 million dollars had to be removed to pay their bill. Then 50 million in PIPE is going to be put into the stock. The filings also state that they will not be publicly traded as a penny stock which requires the price to be above 5.00.
