Well said but in case you don’t know , not bringing political issues here but Russian collusion expenses to create a big lie , guess who wrote the check back then ? Hard sometimes to understand but SEC chief got rewarded by being so good boy back then .fyi only So is not a real surprise he is ignoring what is going with the crime in Wall Street , these rule applies only to retail investors .
