1. HAPAG is now trading at its half of historical high while ZIM is 1/4th of historical high, which means ZIM is more undervalued
2. HAPAG seems to be annual dividend. 63EUR dividend vs 280ish EUR stock price is not that competitive vs ZIM. But yeah its a bigger company and ZIM has risks
3. U said ZIM is a cash company which benefits dividends but potentially harm dividend sustainability.

Quarterly dividends are paid quarterly, and senior interest is paid every other year.
