Wall Street and The American Dream

I don’t want to hear any of these Wall Street goblins talk about the “American Dream” or “Free Market” ever again.

They’ve been deliberately targeting retail investors daily for the past 2+ years. They will spend millions on commercials, MSM appearances, FUD campaigns, Reddit infiltration, etc. and will still bold face lie about made up rags to riches stories.

Their version of the American Dream is not even close to what retails version of the American Dream is. Their version is unfettered manipulation at the expense of the average everyday working man or woman.

Retails version is exercising the ability to bring any company of their choosing back from the brink of bankruptcy so long as they genuinely support said company. i:e “I see a company I like that is struggling. I’d like to help by contributing my two cents to them.”

An SEC and a Chairman (Gary Gensler) that aren’t willing to do their job are ultimately useless. They are aiding short hedge funds by noticeably looking the other way. $AMC Entertainment (AMC.US)$ $S&P 500 Index (.SPX.US)$ $Nasdaq Composite Index (.IXIC.US)$ $Dow Jones Industrial Average (.DJI.US)$

These people will pump and dump any company they want. They’ll short whatever they’d like. They’ll manipulate in broad daylight because they know they’ll get away with it. Then they’ll put on their favorite suit, grab a microphone, and lecture us peasants about hard work and the advantages of a free and fair market. They’re beyond hypocrites.

I hold because movie theaters have been a very important part of my life growing up; and I will continue to hold. Even if everything went belly up, I’d still hold out of spite. Bullish, Bearish, Apeish.
