moomoo cash plus

this is my story..
I started parking some funds into   $Fullerton SGD Cash Fund (SG9999005961.MF)$ around the middle of last year when the Fed was talking about  hiking interest rates 🚀 aggressively to control inflation... 🗽
this is my report card..

why I did what I did?
my original intention was to move the funds into something relatively liquid so they can be redeployed easily when the opportunities arises.. 💡 🦬
do I have any regrets?
it appears that this decision held up well.. despite the gains are less than what the T-bills and fixed deposits were offering when the interest rates were moving uphill fast and furious over the last 6 months..
how are things looking up?
fortunately or unfortunately, my funds are currently still parked in cash plus as the market is still undecided about where it's heading for this moment.. 🧭
just last week, Fed is again talking about raising the interest rates higher and for longer.. so it looks like I may need to get a season parking ticket for this year or even longer... 🎟️
what are other options?
in any case, this is a big and safe car park so I don't have to worry about the availability of parking lots like what those T-bills folks need to contend with.. 🏋️
there is always a risk that the good parking lots may not get assigned to them.. or that the lots assigned may  not be ideal for their cars.. (too narrow, too far away, on the higher floors or deep in the basement = cut-off rates too low)
what is your story?
if you haven't got a parking lot yet.. I hope you will get a convenient parking lot soon.. and near to where you are heading so you don't have to go round and round the carpark wasting your petrol.. and so you  can invest your time on more important things..
and in case you are not good at parking or not confident of finding an empty lot, then maybe you should consider the cash plus valet service offered by moomoo (smartsave)... 🚗 ...
