International Women’s Day 2023
I am a woman and I started my Moomoo journey last year September![]()
. It was a period of increasing prices for food and groceries that worries me alot. Energy prices were sky high and still is now. It was also a period of high interest rate, which led me to start my investment here. As a woman, I set my financial goals based on my family needs. As my family depends solely on my spouse financially, I wish to be financially independent myself. I started a home business but it is not enough.
Back in 2021, the cryptocurrency hype was strong. I rode along the wave and got caught in the crypto winter. I lost more than 50% of my investments![]()
. It was then I realise one needs to be level headed and calm when investing and never panic sell. Learn to DCA and lock in profits whenever possible.
When I joined Moomoo, I was invited to join learning groups where I learnt tremendously, all thanks to the trainings and resources provided. I am very grateful to Moomoo and the wonderful community here, for what I have received is priceless knowledge and skills![]()
. The papertrading is a fantastic platform to practice and learn from mistakes.
