$Troika Media (TRKA.US)$ This is a rumour at this point, but it does make sense now - why would Roger (CEO of GNS) be the de-facto spokesperson when TRKA's shares tumbled (all of us were wondering about that)? Why would Jefferies agree to be in a meeting with Roger to talk about the finances of another client?

102374353 OP badcat66 : Possibly? It could be that the price tumble was orchestrated, so that the buyer can get the company cheaply. For Sid, it doesn't matter since the price of the shares is already locked in (say at GNS' current price of $3). But if this is really the case, isn't that fraudulent?
