SLOBB : The “vote” date is the 14th but there is a pending court case for the end of April and nothing can be enacted until the case is heard. Obviously if we vote it down “vote no” it’s a moot point as the hearing is to stop the conversion and reverse split. If it passes and the court rules in favor of AMC then you will wake up and your share will be divided by 10 and the price multiplied by 10. That day at the opening bell only, your portfolio is exactly the same. What isn’t the same is you now need the stock price to go 10X higher than it would have before to make the same amount money because you have 90% less shares.

So what your saying is if it goes through we would still have to wait until late April to see any capital gain??  Honestly I’ve been very excited for the vote on the 14th so I can grab my earnings and get the fuck away from APE for good. APE has been my main losses lately. And I’ve been thinking the end is in sight and now I have to wait another month???

SLOBB TheWhiteCrow OP : I only use Moomoo for options trading so I didn’t vote through though them. I received emails from my other brokers with voting links for both AMC and APE positions. You need to vote ASAP so check your email spam box or call customer service now

SLOBB NewtonOj : I don’t care how long you’ve been holding. If you don’t understand that a conversion and reverse split is bad for long time retail share holders with large positions. There isn’t one guaranteed good reason to vote yes. It’s all “hope” that it will cause the MOASS and it decrease the potential amount of profit because you have 90% less share and now depend on the share price going 10X higher than it would without a reverse split.
