UOB - GOING DOWN

$UOB (U11.SG)$ Will it go down to 25 or lower? What happens to USA or UK or CHINA, will affect SG because our funds are parked at their companies such as Citigroup, etc.. Previously I was in investment company where funds allocation are mentioned in their reports and whichever company funds, most of them have included a certain percentage to Citibank, Citigroup in their funds. Hence banks will be affected.
