$AMC Entertainment(AMC.US)$ the way I look at it.. regulators will never do a thing, AA knows this and the only way to fight this is to make the company profitable, how? by getting out of debt. may take some time or not. the industry it's doing ok, better than most think.. who knows we may even get a merger proposal.

Black Star : Tesla gets shorted. Gme paid off debt is and is still being shorted. Look at Cinemark and Imagine stock and how are they up? Because it's not being shorted but they're in bankruptcy. Shorts won't stop shorting because Amc pays all it's debt. They short whatever they want and can't afford to stop shorting AMC.
