How will the conversion take place?
1:1 APE to AMC?
How will the resultant price of AMC be after the conversion and reverse split?
If APE IS $2 and AMC is $5, what will the price of the new AMC?

  • Chimchar : Yes APE TO AMC 1:1. Then that’s 1.4 billions AMC shares so RS that to then be 141 million AMC shares. Small float good thing is easier to go to the moon for example because the options and bids will be higher from any big investors for the stock. The new price will be whatever the market cap of AMC APE were at the time of conversion.

  • Milo Kiddo OP Chimchar : So if APE IS $2 and AMC is $5, what will the price of a new AMC stock? (Excluding / Before the reverse split)

  • Chimchar : It’s not the prices it’s the market cap, the actual value of each ticker will combine. Then divided by 141 million

  • Chimchar : APE is $1 billion AMC is a little over 2 billion so that’s 3 billion dollars. Divided by 141 million shares is about $21

  • Chimchar : But that number will be higher or lower depending on what each market cap is at conversion
