TA challenge

VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price) is a common trading indicator used to measure the average transaction price of a stock or other security while considering the impact of trading volume. Here are some suggestions on how to use VWAP to develop a strategy and how to combine it with other metrics:
VWAP as a trend indicator: You can use VWAP as a trend indicator to determine if the price trend is moving in the direction you expect. If the stock price is higher than VWAP, it may mean that the stock price is rising; conversely, if the price is lower than VWAP, it may mean that the stock price is falling.
VWAP as a support and resistance level: VWAP can also be used as a support and resistance level. If the stock price falls below VWAP, VWAP may act as a support level; conversely, if the stock price is higher than VWAP, VWAP may act as a resistance level.
Combine VWAP with other indicators: VWAP can be used in combination with other technical indicators, such as moving averages, relative strength index, MACD, etc. These metrics can provide you with more information to help you make better trading decisions.
VWAP's calculation can only reflect past prices and trading volumes, and cannot predict the future. Also, when trading volumes are low, VWAP's reliability decreases, as the price may be affected by a single big deal.
Therefore, when using VWAP, you need to be aware of its limitations and use it in combination with other metrics.
