The CEO tried to not RS. He contacted me in January wanting to hire me to figure out a plan so that they wouldn't have to reverse split. But after looking over everything I told him the only way it was going over a dollar before time ran out was a reverse split. He has lost millions of dollars from buying shares the last 2 years. The company cost too much to get started and had too much outstanding capital from warrants.

These companies wait too long before they start cost cutting. They become dependent on being bailed out by investors. Until investors get tired of it and stop investing. Then it's over.
