Amyshan : i suggests should wait just to see hows it goes today ,because it was between 0.7to 1.1 last Friday the highest was1.44 last week , just see if this will break this week
Greenback Stocks : my rule for avg down is the price should be half of the price you are holding and expected to rise.
i wouldn't avg down unless you clearly know it'll rise.
