Share dividend?
$VirnetX Holding(VHC.US$ How is the cash dividend given? Will it bump the share price by 1USD or offer an additional fraction of a share amounting to 1USD per share held?
Also can anyone here please help explain how this will affect price after 18th April?

BobbyC1221 : According to the filing, it’s a cash dividend. $1 per share. Paid on 4/17.
SwingingRingo : It will be placed in your cash balance of your account. For example you have 1,000 shares you will get $1,000 added to your cash balance. It does not change the stock price.
