Ford is the 2nd largest car maker in the US. And it is the 4th largest in the world. It's Ford brand is the US top selling brand as of 2022.

Both companies were supposed to co-develop an electric pickup but the plans did not materialized.

Q4'22 topline was Ford's highest in FY 22. Wholesale was up 4%, due to improvements in supply chain constraints and EV scaling.

Revenue was up 17%, driven by increased volume and higher net pricing, offset partially by weaker currencies.
