will the stock be delisted at this rate whereby falls under usd 1 for such long period? please advise

BagHolder23 : I believe it has to be under $1 continuously for a month and then they will receive a notice and have to do something like a reverse split.

BagHolder23 : This is speculation, and I don't understand the logistics properly but.... the c-class have given themselves special stocks which they can trade for normal stocks.

I think they will let it slide until the price is low enough to justify e g. a 5 for one R/S, then cash in on those stocks before announcing some good news they are sitting on which causes the price so that they can wring more of the company from retail investors.
