JPM reiterated a buy on Prosus NV with a 47% upside.

But as long as $Tencent (TCEHY.US)$ accounts for at least 50% of $Prosus N.V. Sponsored ADR (PROSY.US)$ mcap, a bullish call has to include a strong outlook for Tencent shares. BUT Tencent shares depressed by Prosus sale program.
