razo2 : wait till you see the recession comes in full effects. then these people have no jobs, no savings, lots of debts to pay and stocks that are bought way above PE ratio with margin.

razo2 Seraphicall : yikes. I really pity those that stuck in loans. they have no idea that JP will not cut rates until inflation goes back down to 2%. UK and EU is already forecasting what is going to happen to the US. inflation will be sticky, that is my guess. UK dig their grave by printing more money during the inflation.
