XRP4ME : Well, I must say UCAR did very well for me yesterday. If an IPO doesn't grap high volume out of the gate, it becomes a short seller's dream. Especially during lock-out periods. Shorts can't compete with high volume, hence the "circuit breaker issues and halts."
