This statement makes sense! The dividend on this vote is so tempting. A year's dividend is about the stock price. If you hold it for a long time, the risk is only in the first year. I wouldn't even dare to think about this kind of benefit anywhere else

No macro and micro economics are supporting this mate. Demand is looming, freight rates is over from the Covid hey days, over supply in terms of more vessels are coming into service.
I see nothing supporting the fat dividend payout to be sustained beyond 2023.
