Rivian redux :

Yet another glowing Rivian review out over the weekend.
for those comparing Tesla to Rivian , let me help you understand the difference .
Rivain builds " Aevs " ( Adventure Electric Vehicles) Trucks and Suvs
The truck pulls 11000 pounds and the Suv pulls 7700 pounds
( there are not many ice trucks 150 series or 1500 series that do that )
( Not sure what some of you think a truck is suppose to , but Rivian has a beast that simply looks refined and can go from 0 to 60 in 3 seconds.)
and again, a huge waiting list for that vehicle .
Tesla builds coupes and sedans and so does everybody else .
Rivian is a best of class vehicle with massive demand.
Tesla builds sedans with a lot of competition and now having to cut prices to hit sales targets.
So you all keep comparing apples and oranges and meanwhile Rivian will keep doing their thing and that is to fill that massive backlog of orders to satisfy demand.
And before you even mention the Cyber truck , look at that thing and tell me do you really think it will have mass appeal.
it looks like a lunar module meant to crawl around on Mars.
No styling what so ever.
