They have a short Put position (right to sell) at $6 for June 16 Expiration. But they have also disposed of APE and bought 1,000,000 shares of AMC at $5. So honestly this feels like shorty with the FUD. Cause what I see is a hedge. In the case the price doesn’t go up they can still profit $1 a share. I wouldn’t call this ANTARA purchase bearish. Personally I would say it’s more bullish since the amount of shares purchased at $5 is way more shares than they are putting up in the Put option to sell at $6. Simply put, a Bullish play with a hedge against a possible bearish outcome if APE is approved. It’s anticipated it will not that’s why APE was disposed and AMC was acquired clearly.
