  • razo2 : what on earth. FRC is already gone. even the fed increase the interest rate to 20% also will not affect it is gone. FDIC already took over FRC, they might finish the bidding by today where the big banks will bid on assets that they are really interested. FRC do hold some good assets, but it will be sold dime to the dollar.

that is why I said keep both eyes on big banks news that bought the good assets from FRC at a cheap. this will significantly increase their assets in their books. do not chase FRC, chase the big banks that gained from this bidding. it is just common sense.

the ugly toxic stuff will be left for the shareholders in FRC to swallow with the US tax payers. the FRC name is already gone, don't have any more hopes it will come back again.

  • darkapple OP razo2 : Yeah, already cut loss.

  • 102597866 : Fed likely to pause interest hikes like what they did for April.

  • 28282828 102597866 : Which news were you following. They didnt pause hike yet

  • BeBlessed razo2 : chase the big banks - do you mean can kiv to buy their stocks?

  • razo2 102597866 : unlikely. the inflation is still sticky. look at Canada. they paused interest rate, their inflation sky rocketed. Canada have no choice but to increase their interest rate again. there is a way to kill inflation, just that these idiots want to delay it

  • razo2 BeBlessed : yes day trade it. they will certainly gain from the assets that they bought cheap. it will increase their assets in their books, reduced cash in hand, but overall equity will look good if they bought the good stuff only. the toxic ugly stuff likely remains in FRC. it will be similar case to JAC assets bought over by ExxonMobil. ExxonMobil if I can remember correctly sky rocketed in assets and stock due to the assets purchased at dime to the dollar. JAC owned debtors alot of money.

  • BeBlessed razo2 : noted, thanks Bro
