$First Republic Bank(FRC.US$ Rumor first say FDIC would close FRC by end of Friday, then they extended to Sat morning; then we see “by Sunday noon”, “FDIC is working overtime , by late night before Aisian market open…”, rumors keep extending the deadline, but nothing happens and FRC is still up and running. FDIC never let any news leak before seize a bank, and they typically do by end of Friday or first thing Saturday morning before bank opens. We never see they would let the news spread over weekend and take action on Monday. There is no reporting FRC branches have long line of bank-run people over the weekend. Monday morning, you all will see bloody short squeeze to push the stock to sky high

ApeHodl : The delay is not helping and makes it appear like a 'bail out'. As far as why anyone would think it would spike up I'm curious to know. Is it a technical thing? I mean I'm sure a percentage of those sells were legit sales. Anyone maybe having puts at 2 below covering asap?
