$GD Culture Group(GDC.US)$ Everybody knows the direct offering closes tomorrow, it's not supposed to affect the market price as it wasn't a public offering. Unfortunately the initial reaction on any offering news always does. With the PR coming of it being closed, it could send this even further. If it closes at a decent price today it'll be a perfect setup to reach up to those higher digits this week.
