$Mullen Automotive(MULN.US$ maybe mullen keeping a major deal for later announcement. reason: if its price is.0.08 bf RS, and announce, it might hit 0.16 but still get a RS to avoid delisting and price will plumet. BUT if announce RS first, price say 1.5, then announce, it might be at 3 with the same news and safe fr delisting. haha
