Stock investment works better if you think about it simply
Stock investments are often viewed as difficult to think about.
In addition to this, they dare to invest the assets they have worked so hard and steadily saved into places where their asset value might drop to zero, so I feel that it would be unreasonable to set up extra.
Moreover, as to which one to choose from among the many companies out there, I think this alone would make you tired from the large amount of information.
Therefore, one way of thinking is to “search for companies that develop products and services around you.”
If it were my case, my private and company-issued cell phones would be iPhones = $Apple(AAPL.US$ , if you go to work, Windows= $Microsoft(MSFT.US$ I use it to do my work.
What do you often go to when eating out $McDonald's(MCD.US$ , of course $Coca-Cola(KO.US$ I will have it.
Once in a while $Starbucks(SBUX.US$ I will also use it.
In this way, all you have to do is search for companies that have penetrated our lives and buy them if you like them.
What is the difference between stock investment and real estate investment
Stock investment is often referred to as a “beauty vote,” and that is true.
The more frequent trading is = the more popular the company is, which means “there is that much liquidity.”
Stock investments are paper assets, and since the spread of the internet is remarkable these days, there is no need to think too deeply about trading.
As the name suggests, a transaction is concluded only after an agreement between the seller and the buyer has been obtained.
When it comes to real estate investment, it often happens that if it's on the seller's side → it doesn't sell in the first place if the buyer doesn't show up, and if it's on the buyer side → you can't buy until the seller sells.
Also, regional struggles etc. may also have an impact.
In the case of stock investment, we are dealing with markets/the world opened through securities companies, so liquidity is far superior.
Using this kind of high liquidity as a weapon, I'd like to go with the simple idea of simply searching for popular companies = companies close to you and using them and making purchases.
