Their current share price is very low and the share price is trending downward. Rivian and Lucid's FCF is very low and they may not be able to make ends meet in the future, so if TSLA wants to acquire them, they will wait for their share price to drop to a low point before acquiring them
Dramericanjesus : with what money? Their FCF is abysmally low. You may as well start trumpeting about the stock buybacks that won't happen.
