Tesla 'product Recall' in China merely software update
Drivers need not return vehicles to Tesla or eligible for refunds. It is similar to the software update in FSD using airdrop back in February this year in US. Media like to use the term 'recall' which Elon Musk said is misleading in the Twitter.
