“I don’t have a position in TRKA right now but it is so BS that they release this information as if it is news, simply because they know the algorithms pick up on it and short sell it. This information has been known… I guess the CEO should be smart enough to make a public statement claiming the NASDAQ letter would be received, and they plan on appealing it, With worst-case scenario, a reverse stock split would be a card. A statement like that would prevent the word do you listing from having as much of an impact because it’s not being the listed and it’s not going anywhere.”

FrankieSmilez OP swoo : no you never want to buy before a reverse split for one they will hold your shares and depending what broker until it's done secondly they reduce the amount that you have third the value of it drops dramatically the best way to play it is after the split and see if it pumps and then you're free and clear and not having a shares mess with
