KingKhongWS : There are four ways to check the status of your coupon.
1. Check it yourself in the MooMoo App > Me > Coupons > Records > Discount Details > All Status ( indicates either Pending, Sent or Failed).
2. Check it yourself in the MooMoo App > Customer Service > Fund Details.
3. Inquiry Service in MooMoo App > Customer Service > Phone Inquiry.
4. Inquiry Service in MooMoo App > Customer Service > Online inquiry.
