$GROWN UP GROUP(01842.HK$ What I want to avoid most with this type of stock is bankruptcy. But it's scary because they haven't been left in a low position. Sluggish performance, 10,000 year deficit, excessive interest-bearing debt, no dividends, negative operating cash flow, excess debt, dilution of stock certificates due to a series of third-party allotment of shares, etc. However, it's easy for M&A and TOB speculations to surface only for stocks like this, and it's easy to buy and collect tricks.
