Moomoo is an investment platform that puts users first by constantly optimizing their investment experience. The founder, an experienced investor, realized that users often face challenges such as ignorance, helplessness, and boredom during their investment journey. In response to these challenges, moomoo offers intuitive trading tools, data support, and customer service. Growing with its users, the platform provides financial news and education to help them gain financial knowledge and make informed investment decisions. Additionally, the Moo community offers a space for users to share knowledge, experiences, and opinions about investing, helping investors feel more involved. To make the moomoo community experience "Better", we strive to create a positive community where members can:
Explore potential investment opportunities in-depth;
Share authentic trading experiences;
See things from different angles and build a unique trading system;
Express themselves without fear of being attacked or abused;
Enjoy the investing journey.
Every member of our community is important to us. We understand that words can sometimes unconsciously influence the thoughts and behaviors of others. Therefore, we place great importance on community values, which are critical for fostering a positive atmosphere.
We desire for our community values to be seen and reflected in how we build a favorable space and facilitate users' communication to bring them together. We acknowledge the importance of community values and make them our purpose, thereby forming a supportive and empowering atmosphere where all can flourish.

Earnestness: Maintain an open and engaged mindset

Whether you are just starting out or already an expert, our goal is to provide a conducive learning atmosphere that encourages the development of investment knowledge and independent thought. We encourage members to interact and exchange their investing wisdom and risk management advice with each other. In this process, you may identify potential investment opportunities while learning and comprehending the risks involved.
Moreover, we promote constructive dialogue and welcome questions. Users can seek advice from experienced individuals through direct interactions such as chat rooms and comments on how to analyze the current stock market analysis and how to review their trade. By working together, learning and dialogues are advanced, investment strategies are optimized, and the noise in the community is minimized.
However, we do not allow actions that infringe on intellectual property rights or deceive others, such as claiming someone else's content as one's own or pretending to be someone else. In addition, self-promotion or spam won't be tolerated.
Don't underestimate your influence. As you learn to perfect your skills, it changes you and subtly influences those around you.
Authenticity: Why truth matters

We believe that real investment experiences give knowledge and authentic content to foster a positive community. We encourage investors to share their own stock trading experiences and investment tips to help each other make better trading plans. Also, we would like to see analyses of profits or losses, though not always positive, but can be of great benefit to others. Real personal experiences can help reduce investment biases, improve clarity, and make better decisions during market downturns and news-induced panics.
However, we do not allow unverified or inaccurate information. Some people may attempt to portray themselves as impeccable by utilizing inaccurate or misleading information, such as fabricating exaggerated profits to attract others and engaging in fraudulent activities for financial gain. Such behavior is not permitted on moomoo.
We endeavor to present a virtual community comparable to the real world, where you can express your true feelings and share authentic information with anyone, just like in the real world. The sole variation is that we don't judge anyone's "imperfections" and accept them all. It is also the easiest way for people to make friends, share happiness and gain recognition. So there's no need to be dishonest and act like someone you're not. Just stay true to yourself.

We seek to foster a culture of respect for differences and build a diverse, equitable, and inclusive community. We encourage people to optimize their portfolios and construct an approach that works for them by pooling investing wisdom. All of these contribute to the strength of our community, but it is important not to blindly follow the herd and find your own unique path.
Sometimes, you may disagree with or not understand someone else's ideas, take the time to listen and include different voices. You may gain a new perspective on the people or things around you. Besides, we do not welcome those who propagate stereotypes, hold biased opinions, or are racist. We are committed to building a healthy community where all people, regardless of race, nationality, or sexual orientation, are accepted and respected. All voices are heard and treated equally.
Caring: Be thoughtful

We're devoted to making Moo a caring place. Good communication could lead to successful investments. Please practice civility and be a considerate community member.
We encourage users to be constructive and compassionate while respecting each other's privacy. Therefore, please refrain from sharing the personal information of others in any form or posting or threatening to reveal someone's personal information for malicious purposes, such as doxxing. When posting content with personal info, obscure sensitive details, because you never know who may be harassed due to the post.
Be respectful. We advocate constructive conversations and condemn toxic discussions. Conflict is a normal part of life, and it's not necessary to concur with everyone. Please don't use offensive words to hurt others. A simple thank you or pleasant answer can make someone's day.
Content that causes discomfort or danger, like gory or violent material used for pranks, is not accepted. We do, however, allow users to discuss such content if it serves educational, newsworthy, or artistic purposes that benefit the public. We take a firm stance against any glorification of violence, threatening behavior, or illegal activities in the Moo community. We seek to provide our users with a sense of togetherness and joy, which is why safety is so important to us.
Fun: Don't lose your sense of humor
Moo Community Values
Our goal in the community is to establish a friendly and inviting environment, where investors can have a great time and be pleasantly surprised. You can use emojis or memes to humorously show your opinions about stock trading, make sarcastic comments on current events, and leave witty remarks. In the meantime, we have a variety of exciting events that add value to your investment journey. Feel free to share anything interesting or exciting from your life.
However, please avoid leaving meaningless comments that serve no purpose other than to gain attention or to look mysterious. Content such as "lol", "wow", "...", or reposting the same post over and over again is not cool. Likewise, posting offensive, pornographic, or vulgar images to shame or humiliate others for fun and to gain popularity is strictly off-limits. Seeking fame through shortcuts is not worth it. Jokes should fit the setting and be tolerable for all involved. Going too far can lead to trouble.
Spice up trading and community chat with humor for a more pleasurable investing journey. Get involved and create interest for lively debates!
We envision an ideal community and need our members to help us to build it. To ensure the smooth functioning of the community, we have established guidelines that we expect all users to follow. If we detect rule-breaking or bad behavior, we'll take action, such as removing the offending content and or suspending the offenders. To sustain a positive atmosphere, users can take action by using the "report" feature to alert us of any misconduct or the "block" feature to reduce disturbances. We want to achieve a consensus with mooers on a joint purpose and values to build a community where people feel safe and connected.
