Here's an update
$Alpine Summit Energy Partners(ALPS.US$ The company has negotiated a deal with the bank that they owe most of their debt to. They have alotted them whats called phantom shares. These shares are good for 30 days but cant be used unless the price goes over 1.25 and then it gets into how low their interest percentage becomes by what price it reaches. So they are expecting it to run to around 1.90 before June 30.
