The holdup. Who’s side are we on? Who’s the villain?

this lawsuit is the only reason why the reverse split still has not happened yet.
And in my opinion it was intentionally designed to stall for as long as possible and another hurdle will be introduced once we see a light at the end of the tunnel.
So my question is this… Which argument is more beneficial to our movement? Is the lawsuit pulling up things that are helping us? Or are the people who were pushing for the reverse split the villains here?
There can only really be one. $AMC.US$ $APE.US$

  • ur wifes boyfriend : he's my 2 cents
AA wanted dilution before ape. We said no. He says ape will provide a share count and would be worth half of amc or so. That's what we want. and we can vote for ape to become amc shares if we vote for it. But never said anything about bringing a 3 party to vote so many shares. ape was issued to bring down amc debt and AA sold ape At a discount to a company that is shorting amc and voting for ape conversion via the terms of AA. insiders have sold all most all of thier shares. Then a lawsuit came out to get paid because it was wrong and knew that they could win money and tried not to make a big deal about it but wanted to get paid. Now it has blown up and who knows what else will happen now. But AA is fuckin up the way he conducted business.
