My point is that you have been invited to transfer your shares to Upstream. The $2 ask price is an incentive for you to make $2 per share on a different exchange. Example: I moved 5000 shares I purchased for $5000 from NYSE to Upstream Exchange where the value of those shares is $6000. I paid $75 transfer fee so I have made $925 gain !!! Excellent incentive and Upstream assistance with the transfer is free.

You can buy several thousand cheaper and move it all for $75. Once enough of GNS is on Upstream Mr. Hamilton and his attorneys can more easily identify the abusers ie naked short sellers etc. Having essentially a share count because once the shares are moved they have been identified as actual GNS shares. This in itself will greatly assist to bring the short selling to a conclusion. The shares will regain their correct value $6-$10, so the incentive is to participate in the elimination of dilution by the illegal short selling.

is this legit? that's a mighty fine incentive to offer for sure. usually when things sound too good to be true they usually are. if it's true though I'll definitely buy some shares and participate in this. I rode this to 7 bucks and sold and never got back in, but I would if it crippled some illegal short selling. making extra money would be the icing on the cake.

I opened an Upstream account 3 months ago and a MERJ Exchange account 4 months ago. I have opened the order book and $2.00 is best ask price. I am not going to sell until the share buy back is confirmed or canceled.
Kelvin 1087 : Will it go to $2 soon?
