BYD, the world's largest NEV manufacturer, is expanding its reach to Europe. The company is already a major player in the EV market in Asia and it has a strong presence in China, where it outsells Tesla.

BYD has only recently started exporting overseas. That explains the low sales. But they are increasing rapidly. BYD is skipping the U.S. because it doesn't qualify for subsidies and is subjected to tariffs.
