$CapLand India T (CY6U.SG)$ CapitaLand India Trust’s (CLINT) manager announced a non-renounceable preferential equity fund raising (EFR) to raise $150.1 million. The new units will be priced at $1.06 and in the ratio of 119-for-1,000 and works out at 12.1% of current unit base.
