Musk says Tesla has nearly achieved full autonomous driving
US electric car maker Tesla Musk said at a startup and technology forum in France on Friday that Tesla was close to full autonomous driving, citing it as the main driver of the company's share price. He said he had said in the past that he was close to full autopilot, but this time he thought the company would solve the autopilot problem in the short term.
He also reiterated that there should be a moratorium on AI development and said the AI industry needs to be regulated. He said there was a real danger of negative consequences from digital superintelligence.
