It takes a special breed to sacrifice 95% of life experiences to dedicate yourself to the Moomoo the way you do. Even in reality It's just proving to everybody that you have no life outside of the screen time that you allow to control your everyday life without fail! I know there's a lot of people like you out there but I wanted to shout out to you so you don't have to feel underappreciate. If not for your relentless dedication to bashing a stock that from your own words don't have any money invested in we would not be able to find some comedy to get us thru these tough times. And BTW If that's true that means you're donating a lot of your time to negatively talk down on something that should have no meaning to you at all. But here you are day in and day out.Like I said takes a special breed and you my friend might be the worst one I hope everything works out for you. I really do, and I'm not talking about anything that has to do with this app. I just mean life in general everybody should be able to experience the Ups and Downs of life and anyone that even has the slightest definition of a "life" wouldn't be able to spend even half the time you do on Moomoo trading apps. Mcsnacks H Tupack FANCY PANTS : It's not that. It's the way most peoples brains are wired. The brain seeks out things that will cause dopamine releases(It wants to feel good) so it focuses on that and does whatever it can to avoid negative emotions. What further exacerbates it is when pride and the fear of having others think you made a mistake.
So their mind is telling them to buy when things are high or the stock is on a run and then to sell when they're going down. Instead of telling them to buy low and sell high because buying low has no positve feeling attached to it. Classic Fear vs Greed. Like sheep, investors often take their cues from other investors and sometimes follow one another right over a market cliff. They often snap up an investment, not for its underlying value, but because they see everyone else buying it. Listening to people on youtube is the worst anyone can do. Those people are promoting what's called a momentum strategy.
Others believe they know better than everyone else about what the stock is going to do next. Some even believe they know better than the evidence suggests.
News about people making money sticks in their minds more than negative news.
