Mack_2848 OP Brrrrrrr : in a nutshell the special Masters recommends to the Judge that we do not object to the settlement. This is what sent AMC stock to go down. However, that was the only thing everyone was looking at. By my understanding the special Masters also stated that Ape should have been voted on. It did not have shareholders approval. The judge has to make the final decision. You can read the report yourself on the AMC website
Brrrrrrr Mack_2848 OP : I’m just thinking.. no reverse split then APE goes down while AMC recovers. If reverse split, then APE goes down and AMC up but end of day, it’s a reverse split with dilution. Almost the same
