Innovation Organization's JSR acquisition, 20% increase, semiconductor strengthening will finally become state-owned

The fact that JSR, a major semiconductor materials company, aims for de-listing using public-private fund funds is a strategy of the Japanese government, which regards semiconductors as important goods and moves to strengthen related industries.
Let's take another look at the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry's strategy to revive Hinomaru Semiconductors first.
What is the basic strategy for reviving the semiconductor industry
Step 1: Urgent strengthening of semiconductor production infrastructure for IoT
Step 2: Strengthening next-generation semiconductor technology infrastructure through Japan-US collaboration
Step 3: Strengthening future technology infrastructure through global collaboration
It is said that it consists of 3 stages.
Innovation Organization's JSR acquisition, 20% increase, semiconductor strengthening will finally become state-owned
JSR announced on the 24th that it will submit the company's acquisition plan by the Industrial Innovation Investment Organization (JIC) to the board of directors on the 26th. According to the Nihon Keizai Shimbun, etc., it is said that JIC, which is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, will completely acquire JSR and make it unlisted.
The person who brought up the conversation this time was the JSR side.
The photoresist handled by JSR is an important material for miniaturization technology that affects the performance of semiconductors, and the market is expected to expand in the future. Then, JSR, which is the top manufacturer that holds 30% of the global market share, explained that as demand for semiconductors continues to expand and performance improvements progress, increased production and development investment will be further necessary.
JSR is trying to concentrate resources on the semiconductor materials business, such as selling the synthetic rubber elastomer business to ENEOS Holdings, but it was pointed out that “the scale of sales has become quite small.” However, I think the Japanese government will try to prevent the outflow of sensitive technology overseas. The Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry's strategy for reviving Hinomaru Semiconductors stated that global collaboration is important, but after all, it is unlikely that core technology will be leaked overseas.
The Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry, which aims to strengthen the semiconductor supply network, has set a target to raise sales of domestic semiconductor companies to 15 trillion yen in 2030, which is about 3 times the current level. Also, in the revival of Hinomaru Semiconductors, materials are extremely important, and it is likely that they will support them.
Due to speculation that industry restructuring would progress due to government intervention, JSR shares remained on the trend of buying in the Tokyo stock market on the 26th, and the competitor Tokyo Ohka Kogyo, which handles photoresists, skyrocketed. Shin-Etsu Chemical also rose 3% at one point.
Japan has long been said to be strong in semiconductor materials, so there were also people who said that this move is part of the government strategy, and if it is a paving stone for making the supply chain into a national policy, there is a possibility that hydrogen fluoride, etc., which has been exported to South Korea, will also be targeted.
It seems that Suzuki Shunichi, the Minister of Finance, will have a meeting with Korea's finance chief on 6.29, so the possibility of paving the way has gradually deepened.
1) What do you think will happen to semiconductor stock prices in the future?
2) Do you think AI stocks will ride on this boom and rise?
3) Should I take advantage of this opportunity to buy JSR shares?
