Overall, everything was ok albeit for some points to be conscious of.

Concerns actually made stock prices dip after the results.

So what should investors be aware of?

Despite Accenture eking out a 5% topline growth YoY, sharp-eye investors would be concerned about the dip in Communications, Media & Technology.

North America's growth is also modest at 2%, partially lifted by performances in Europe and Growth markets.

GAAP operating income for the quarter decreased 9%, to USD 2.36 billion, or 14.2% of revenues, compared with USD 2.60 billion, or 16.1% of revenues, for the third quarter of fiscal 2022.

Higher selling, general and administrative expenses for the quarter actually pulled down GAAP operating income.

Accenture continued its returns to shareholders via a mix of dividends and share repurchases.

Dividends of a total of USD 1.12 per share were paid, a 15% YoY increase from USD 0.97.

Share repurchases also saw 2.8 million shares for a total of USD 789 million executed.
