$Mullen Automotive(MULN.US$ There are virtually no robots. just a half assembled conveyor system and a surplus of HMI issues. Everyone assembling is using basic hand tools opposed to having those cool yellow robot arms to do it all for them. This is extremely manual labor, theres no free snacks or lunches, the perks are virtually non existent. Tesla has an ESPP stock program for their employees but our stock is horrible. I just started 2 weeks ago but im alresdy looking into other auto manufacturers to work for that are more established and modernized. This environment is meant for a criminal or someone who desperately needs basic work. Its a dead end. They try to convince everyone from quitting nonstop by telling them they got hired early in the company and theres big opportunity for growth in the future. Im sure there is after you abuse all of our bodies from generating these vehicles instead of giving us robots. forget this man someone said the CEO made 40m last year. He couldve bought us better technology in the factory with that money but nope theyll just use the workers backs instead of a robot. Honesty feels like a small LLC this just isnt for me i know my worth.
